A romantic adventure about Captain Etienne Navarre’s battle against a curse
to see his lover, Lady Isabeu, again. The town’s corrupt Bishop was in love
with Isabeu, and unable to bare seeing her with another man, he cursed them.
Naverre, in punishment for loving Isabeu, becomes a wolf at night. She, in
punishment for loving him, becomes a hawk during the day. Naverre befriends
recently escaped thief, Phillip Gaston, and together they plan to overthrow
the Bishop and break the curse.
