SPECIFICS.
- Recipients of this award will be determined by a
point system.
- The reporting period is from August 1 through July
31.
- Reports must include the signatures of the R. D.
Advisor or Chapter Dad and the Master Councilor.
- Reports must be submitted to the Director of
Competitions by 3:30 p.m. on the first day of Conclave.
