408.1 SPECIFICS.

    1. The purpose of this award is to recognize the chapter which has accomplished the most in serving humanity by giving of its funds, members' time and talents, and through its efforts, aided in improving the community, wherein the chapter resides.
    2. A panel of judges appointed by the Director of Competitions will review the submissions to determine which chapter has had the best all-around program to serve humanity and determine the winner.
    3. All submissions must be turned in to the Director of Competitions by 3:30 p.m. on the first day of Conclave.
    4. Categories to be included in the submission should include but are not limited to the following:
    1. Contribution to the Heart Fund, UGF, Cancer, Muscular Dystrophy and similar humanitarian projects.
    2. Time spent in collecting for the drives.
    3. Programs of cheer for hospital patients, home for the aged, under-privileged children, handicapped persons, etc.
    4. Project to adopt overseas persons for aid (orphans).
    5. Local cleanup of community.
    6. School and community beautification, etc.
    7. Tutoring the unfortunate.
    8. Any special project to serve humanity. List and discuss.
    1. No special format is required, but you are encouraged to provide subject headings to assist the judges in their deliberations.
    2. Specify the involvement of your chapter, whether all members are participating or just a few.
