Competitions will begin at 8:30 -
8:30 - Northern Neck (Chapter Proficiency)
9:15 - Roanoke Valley (Chapter Proficiency)
10:00 - CWL Herndon (Majority Service)
10:30 - Roanoke Valley (RD Presentation Ceremony)
