As many of you know, the 2005 Virginia DeMolay Conclave will be at Radford University over the weekend of July 29-31, 2005. As in previous years, Conclave will be the venue for the following VA DeMolay competitions:
Initiatory Degree
DeMolay Degree
4th Section
Softball
Basketball
Volleyball
Tennis Singles & Doubles
Chess
Essay
Oratory
In order to ensure I have all the equipment and supplies necessary to hold these contests, I am asking all regional master councilors to let me know who will be representing your regions in these events by the end of the day on July 16, 2005.
