Brothers,

As you all might know our Brotherhood Weekend is not to far away. Brotherhood will be at the Richmond Scottish Rite Temple, 4204 Hermitage Road, Richmond, VA. The date will be the weekend of Saturday January 21 to the next morning. The competitions that will be held are Chapter Proficiency, Majority Service, and RD Presentation Ceremony. The competitions will start at 8:30 A.M. on that Saturday morning. Then after all the competitions, the State Master Councilor, Nate Stallings will have other activities planned.

If anyone wants to participate in any of these competitions please let your Regional Master Councilors know, then after the Regional M.C.’s will let me know.  Each region can only send one chapter per competition.  If there is more than one chapter in a region that wants to compete, there must be a regional competition to determine the one that will go to Brotherhood and compete.

To all Regional Master Councilors,

If you can email me and cc: Dad Sellers (tom_sellers@hotmail.com) the information on who is going to be competing and any other info that we should know. The deadline for the list of chapters that are going to compete must be submitted to Dad Tom Sellers or me by January 6^th.
